Applicants are to take note of the following:

  
HOME STAY
Tenants will be allocated to houses closest to the school on a first-come-first-serve basis.
For individual room accommodation, your rental charges include utility costs and maintenance fees.
An independent real estate agent will represent the landlord and you (the tenant). Upon signing the Tenancy Agreement, an agent fee will be charged at half a month’s rental.
Your rental may include the following basic items and amenities but it may vary and is subjected to the landlord's resources.
 
  • Bed/Spring Mattress
  • Pillow
  • Two-door wardrobe for single occupancy or three-door wardrobe for double occupancy per room.
  • Air-conditioner or fan
  • Study table and chair
  • Washing machine
  • Iron and ironing board
  • Cooking permissible

There are no pictures of home stay as the homes and their facilities vary. The number of occupants staying in the home does vary as some are single occupant / married couple / family with children / family with children and extended family members.

 
HOSTEL
Tenants will be allocated into different rooms by the hostel management.
Room accommodation charges are inclusive of utility costs and the fee for wireless internet service.
An independent real estate agent will represent the hostel (management) and you (the tenant). Upon signing the Tenancy Agreement, an agent fee will be charged at half a month’s rental.
Your rental may include the following basic items and amenities but it may vary and is subjected to the management’s resources. All units come equipped with the following furnishing items:
 
  • Single/Double deck beds
  • Spring mattress
  • Personal wardrobe with lock
  • Personal study table with drawer & typist chair
  • Bedsheet, pillow and quilt
  • Sofa set & coffee table
  • Kitchen cabinet
  • Heater
  • Refrigerator

  • Dinning table & chairs
