Fill in the application form (A1) and the first portion of the two recommendation forms (B1) completely.

Four clear, recent passport-size photographs must be submitted. Forms without photographs will not be accepted.

Provide a photocopy of your NRIC as well as a photocopy of your academic certificate (highest standard passed) and a transcript of your results.

Attach a non-refundable registration fee of SGD$50 to be made payable by check or Post Office money order. Checks must be crossed and made payable to "City Harvest Church."

City Harvest Bible Training Center must receive your recommendation forms before we can process your application. To expedite your application, we suggest therefore, that you urge your recommending referees to be thorough and prompt in completing and returning the forms.

Applicants will be required to go through an interview with one of City Harvest Church's pastors. Our administrative office will contact you regarding the interview upon receiving your application.

Applicants will receive a written notification of the outcome of their application. Successful applicants will receive a letter of acceptance. Unsuccessful applicants will also be notified.
