CHBTC is committed to providing quality service to its students. Our commitments are as follows:

• Student-teacher ratio: 630:1 (Classes are conducted lecture-style).
  
  
• Capacity: 650.
  
  
• Size and number of classrooms: Seven classrooms with capacity between 70-2000.
  
  
• Number of full-time teachers: 11.
  
  
• Have in place a set of transparent student redress policies.
  
  
• All information pertaining to courses, tuition, non-tuition fees and other charges are clearly stated in the Student Handbook and in this Web site.
